By accessing or using our Site and booking any travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

  • Wine tasting experiences

  • A deposit or full payment (as specified) is required to secure a booking.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier price changes, or other external factors. Once you have made full payment, the price of your booking will not be subject to change.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, tee times, wine tastings, and other scheduled events due to weather, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a significant change occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives where available.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance. See specifically the ETIAS website

  • You must adhere to local laws and respect local customs during your trip.

  • Any damage caused by you to accommodations, transport vehicles, or property at golf courses or wine venues may be charged to you directly.

  • We act as an agent between you and the service providers (e.g., hotels, golf courses, transport companies). We are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or strikes.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and personal belongings.
