General Policy

At Sips and Swings, we know that life can be unpredictable. While we’re committed to creating unforgettable travel experiences, we also understand that plans sometimes need to change. Our goal is to handle refund requests with empathy, fairness, and transparency.

How Refunds Work

If you need to cancel your trip, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@sips-and-swings.com. We’ll do our best to support you and minimize your loss.

We kindly ask for your understanding that many of the costs associated with your package—such as hotel reservations, winery tours, golf tee times, and transportation—are prepaid and often non-refundable to us.

What Will Be Refunded

We will issue a refund after the following are deducted:

  1. Non-Refundable Supplier Fees
    These are third-party costs (e.g., hotels, wineries, transportation, event venues) that we are unable to recover once booked on your behalf.

  2. Incurred Planning and Booking Costs
    This includes any administrative, coordination, or processing expenses already committed toward your experience.

  3. A 5% Service Fee
    This covers the operational impact of a cancellation and helps us continue offering high-quality service to all of our guests.

Optional Travel Credit

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a $200 non-refundable travel credit to clients who cancel after expenses have been incurred. This credit:

  • Can be applied to any future Sips and Swings booking of $1,300 or more

  • Must be used within 12 months of issue

  • Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts

This credit is offered as an alternative to a cash refund and is available upon request.

Refund Timeline

Once we confirm the eligible amount, refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned to your original form of payment.

Please Note

While we aim to be flexible and understanding, there are situations where we are unable to offer refunds, such as:

  • No-shows or unused portions of the trip

  • Itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather or events beyond our control

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
